Our client is based in Vietnam, a country with deep cultural roots in incense cones and a vast consumer market. However, Vietnam’s typical tropical monsoon climate, particularly its prolonged rainy season, poses significant challenges to traditional natural air-drying processes.

Tailor-made solutions
Based on the customer’s average daily output and the specific length of the tower-shaped incense sticks, we designed the optimal drying room dimensions. Custom stainless steel drying carts and mesh trays were also engineered to ensure optimal airflow and maximize loading capacity.
Additionally, our engineers pre-configured the electrical components of the entire system to meet Vietnam’s local power standards (220V, 50Hz).

360° uniform hot air circulation: a scientifically designed duct system within the chamber, combined with high-power, high-temperature-resistant circulation fans, ensures hot air evenly reaches every corner of each layer on the drying carts.
Premium insulation and hygienic design: the drying chamber features thickened polyurethane insulation panels with outstanding thermal properties, minimizing heat loss. The accompanying drying carts and trays are constructed from corrosion-resistant, easy-to-clean 304 stainless steel.

Provide operational videos: we capture demonstration videos of the drying room control system, internal circulation fan operation, and heat pump unit performance for customer review.
Demonstrate meticulous and secure packaging: we individually wrap components like the heat pump unit and electrical control cabinet in protective packaging, photographing each for client verification.
Support real-time video inspection: before packing, we proactively invite clients to join a video call, enabling them to conduct a comprehensive, real-time inspection of every component—including insulation board thickness, stainless steel quality, and electrical component brands.
