Based on the customer’s average daily output and the specific length of the tower-shaped incense sticks, we designed the optimal drying room dimensions. Custom stainless steel drying carts and mesh trays were also engineered to ensure optimal airflow and maximize loading capacity.

High-efficiency heat pump system: at the heart of the equipment is an air-source heat pump system that integrates heating and dehumidification functions. Compared to traditional electric heating elements, it offers a higher energy efficiency ratio, significantly reducing electricity consumption.
360° uniform hot air circulation: a scientifically designed duct system within the chamber, combined with high-power, high-temperature-resistant circulation fans, ensures hot air evenly reaches every corner of each layer on the drying carts.
Premium insulation and hygienic design: the drying chamber features thickened polyurethane insulation panels with outstanding thermal properties, minimizing heat loss. The accompanying drying carts and trays are constructed from corrosion-resistant, easy-to-clean 304 stainless steel.
