Structural design of the thread incense packing machine
- Automatic feeding system. The thread incense packaging machine is equipped with an automatic conveyor belt, which automatically arranges the feeding according to the length of the thread incense. It ensures that the thread incense is neat, consistently spaced, and conveniently enters the molding area.
- Film unwinder. It supports various film types and has automatic corrective rollers to prevent the film from running out of shape.
- Bag forming machine. Adjusts bag length (200-550mm) and width (up to 120mm) and rolls the film through the former into a H-shape.
- Longitudinal sealing device. Longitudinal heat sealing of the film to form the back seal of the bag. It utilizes a thermostatic heating system for different heat-sealing materials.
- Transverse sealing knife. Completes the heat sealing and cuts at both ends of the bag to form an individual package. The speed is up to 20-60 bags/minute with stable operation.
- Discharge conveyor. Neatly output the finished package for manual or automatic cartoning.
- Control system. Equipped with a controller and display screen, supporting free setting of parameters such as packing length, temperature, and speed. And the machine has a fault alarm and self-test function. Once the fault is detected, there is a key stop function.
The working process of the wire incense packaging machine
- Feeding. The automatic feeding system arranges the thread of incense neatly and feeds it into the conveyor belt. The conveyor system is synchronized to ensure that the incense enters the molding device accurately.
- Film unrolling and molding. The upper film is automatically unfolded through the unwinding frame, and the thread is automatically put onto the bottom film.
- Longitudinal sealing. The formed bags are back-sealed and heated, and pressed through the longitudinal sealing device. Forming complete H-shape bags.
- Cross-seal cutting. The cross-sealing knife completes the sealing of both ends of the bag and cuts it. Each action completes one packaging unit.
- Discharging. Finished bags are conveyed to the discharge platform for subsequent cartoning or sorting.
